I grew up on acreage north of Spokane in Colbert and have lived all over Spokane county but always preferred the rural setting over the city. Graduated from Mead high school and attended WSU for further education and social connections that I've maintained my whole life. Upon graduating I took the opportunity to commit full time in the family business of Household goods Moving & Storage and grow American Van Service Inc / Allied Van Lines into a premier relocartion company.  We sold the family business in 2017 and teamed up with my successful wife in real estate. 

So now here it is 2020 and I'm a still forcussed on providing quality personal service as a real estate broker with Windermere but adding the title of GM of Windermere Lease Services.  I now manage over 65 doors for their owners and provide what we believe is one of the most reputable managing teams in Spokane county.   I've taken my years of experience of providing top level relocation service and am now applying that to property managment.

My extensive knowledge of the Inland Northwest can benefit any home buyer/seller who has particular wants and needs that they may require in their next home or property.  I have the ability to help guide investors if they are looking for rental properties.    My wife Becky Ruark is dual licensed with Windermere in WA & ID so there is no limit on what we can show or find for you.
